Description: Collaboration Double IPA with Pure Project, brewed with local Monterey county honey and rye malt from a farm in SLO. A really unique dry hop that features New Zealand Green Bullet, German Hallertau Blanc, and a good old helping of Mosaic. Very intense tropical aromas of mango and passionfruit along with a pronounced floral note from the honey added towards the end of fermentation.
