Description: Alpha Supreme is an over-the-top American pale ale brewed to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of New Brew Thursday's beer webcast. For a special twist, we used a hefty dose of German rye malt to compliment American 2-row and light caramel malt. Alpha Supreme is outrageously hopped with Nelson Sauvin, a new hop variety from New Zealand, as well as Summit, Columbus, and Simcoe from the good old US. For a unique and bold aroma, we dry hopped Alpha Supreme with Nelson Sauvin and Columbus. 75 IBUs.
