Description: This is our first collaboration brew with Oxbow Brewing out of New Castle Maine. It is a Flanders red style where we let Lacto and Pedio sour the kettle over the weekend and then our boys from Oxbow brought down their funky Farmhouse saison yest to ferment this red ale out with. Then we added some Brett Trois into the secondary to help finish out the beer and add one more layer of funk.
