Description: It's that time of the year again. Fall is approaching, the weather is cooling down and hops are being harvested for another year of beer. Once a year we get to brew our Fresh Hop IPA using hops that have been harvested, over-night shipped to BWD and brewed into a beer all within 24 hours. This year we chose Simcoe as our hop for Fresh Hop IPA. What you should taste is a moderately malty IPA with fresh squeezed berry and passion fruit flavors and a noticeable earthy pine finish.
