Description: Louiza is a mixed culture beer inspired by radlers, shandies, iced tea, fresh squeezed lemonade, and other warm weather drinks. As with all beers in the Breakside Sour series, this was created as a cuvee from several lots of beer in our wood series. The finished blend come from 7 casks of barrel-fermented sour beer brewed in November 2017 and July 2018.
