We think the aroma and flavor notes of chocolate malt along with caramelized sugar are reminiscent of many things Belgian and of all things good. Other qualities we brought to this fine beer include smoked malt, a touch of Saaz hops, a deep Brown Hue and a creamy tan head, a medium body with a well-rounded finish with lingering impressions of smoke and caramel.
