Description: A blend of 3 barrels that underwent mixed fermentation with Saison yeasts and Brettanomyces. Although this beer finished dry – it has an expansive mouthfeel from it’s contact with wood during primary fermentation. It has notes of hay, funk, and mild banana esters coupled with the longest finish of any beer we’ve ever made.
