Description: The Christmas Bonus is a beer that changes every year. The 2019 is a cocoa and raspberry stout brewed with 30 lbs of Pomona Hill Farm raspberries and a subtle amount of cocoa nibs and cocoa husks from Ethereal Confections. The 2018 Bonus is a nice hoppy holiday ale with hints of pine, blueberry and citrus. 30 lbs of blueberries in the boil give this beer a very unique color and appearance. The 2016 Bonus was a zesty, citrus infused pale ale. With heavy notes of orange and a nice hop aroma.
