Description: Sometimes Always is our collaboration with Sante Adairius Rustic Ales in California. We blend our house yeast cultures to ferment the base beer and oak barrels for several months before aging the beer on fresh whole black raspberries. The addition of their use culture to ours adds flavors we've never experienced in our cellar. The outcome is a rich and thick raspberry sour that still allows notes of each blender's yeast to shine.
