Description: This 14.5% Imperial Stout is a blend of two barrels, one aged in a bourbon-then-vanilla barrel for 18 months and the other Blanton's bourbon barrel for 36. It was then conditioned on house-roasted walnuts and caramel to produce a fudgey, sticky sweetness and warm, nutty decadence. In old Irish, “Sonus” means good fortune, prosperity, and happiness,so let the richness of this heavy hitter get you feelin' lucky!
