Description: Introducing KILN, our new barrel aging program with a focus on the marriage between adjuncts. This first iteration brings us 2 different base stouts aged for many moons in bourbon barrels and then thoughtfully conditioned on vanilla, marshmallow, and cocoa. The end result is a dark, roasty, and formidable 10.1% ABV brew. We think it tastes like boozy lava cakes and warming up by the fire on a fall evening.
