Description: Oreti Red with it’s ‘fatter’ malt base and rich malt character will do nicely for Autumn. A high alpha NZ hop and US Centennial flip flop their way through the boil and we also use both hops in large quantities in a series of what’s known as warm and cold dry hopping. Once again we have upped the malts to give a ‘fatter’ malt base to balance the high alpha hop resins, and kept the alcohol to a warming 6%.
