Description: Amnesia Haze is a tightrope walking, neo-balanced, androgynous IPA, melding styles and flavors from coast to coast in one glass. The carnival of aromas swings back and forth between over-ripe fruit and freshly harvested Mary Jane. As the nose of this beer bellows out like a Ringmaster calling hops to the main stage, the flavors quickly follow suit. The dank pot-like notes blend evenly with the fresh fruit juiciness making it equal parts refreshing and resinous. The malt profile is more substantial than our typical Fieldwork IPA but remains extremely dry, leaving a base for these hops that both stays out of their way yet also accentuates their fruity nature. Amnesia Haze is the perfect softly bittered yet mouth-coatingly hoppy IPA that can be enjoyed sitting down with a fantastic meal or guzzled out of a red plastic cup in the middle of a Sabbath concert.
