Description: One simple fact about beer makes it the greatest beverage in the world, gluttony can come in vibrantly small packages. No Fieldwork beer exemplifies this more than Gosaic. Small in stature and brilliantly tart like its Gose predecessors, we opted to take a detour down Dry Hop Lane, throwing in copious amounts of Mosaic hops until their Honeydew Melon-like aroma was leaping from the tank. Sea Salt plays the catalyst, tying in the sour nature of this Gose with the grainy wheat-heavy base and the overtly fruity profile of the hops. Light and refreshing but packing a tidal wave of flavor, Gosaic is smoother than a Sade song and more crushable than a house of cards. Hops: Mosaic
