A recipe developed for our Venice Brewhouse’s one year anniversary, it is a marriage of our Gen 1, an unfiltered IPA & Double Jack, our classic Double IPA. Using 10 different hop varieties in the recipe & triple dry hop produced notes of white peach, citrus & pine with a subtle bitterness.
