Description: This beer was created using four different varietals of grapes grown at French Creek Vineyard in Prosser. Chardonnay was destemmed and crushed and allowed to macerate on the skins for quite some time. A subsequent pick of Mourvedre, Grenache Blanc, and Syrah was also destemmed and crushed. The entire lot was pressed in a basket press and cofermented. The press runnings fermented with a blend of select barrels of saison chosen to highlight the fruit. After further aging in neutral oak this beer was refermented to condition in the bottle. Bottled 04/04/2024 Conditioned with: Organic sugar. Cellar: best before winter 2026.
