Description: Our Gonzo was aged in whiskey barrels for several months. Following the initial aging we included a pound per barrel of freshly ground coffee and a dozen vanilla beans cut lengthwise to increase surface area and promote flavor extraction. One can expect to have strong aromas of coffee upfront with roast malt, whiskey and vanilla trailing behind the coffee.
