Description: In 2018 a group of people wanted to donate to a local Rochester charity and asked if we would brew them a beer for the donation. Being a supporter of the arts in Rochester, we accepted and their donation led to the installation of an iron sculpture catfish named Flathead in Kutzky Park installed by Arts 4 Trails. The sculpture lives permanently along the Cascade Creek bike trail just off 11th Ave NW. We aged a stout in Jack Daniels barrels for 15 months before conditioning it on vanilla beans, cold brew coffee and cinnamon.
