Description: - We normally keep things more traditional around here with our barrel aged stouts. However, this year we decided to change that! First after aging for one year in a twelve year Heaven Hill Barrel. We added a bit of Cocoa Nibs and Coffee Beans. We then laid to rest in a 15-year George Dickel barrel for an additional year of barrel aging. This beer has “Just Enough” of that Mocha flavor in there for you to enjoy.
