Description: DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Simcoe, Strata, Galaxy & HBC 1019 With this one we wanted to do something a bit different, sort of abstract I guess you could say...We threw Galaxy into the whirlpool for that heavy hit of pineapple spiked bitterness and then we went all in with the dry hop! Bag after bag of Simcoe, Strata & Galaxy were added to build layer upon layer of fresh, tropical flavour. There's thick, chewy lumps of mango, delightfully tangy touches of passionfruit and a whole Sunday breakfast worth of fresh, refreshingly bitter oranges. Then we threw in some HBC 1019 to blunt those sharp, citrus edges with creamy coconut and caramlized peach. Not your average birthday beer.
