Description: This Pro-Am beer was inspired and brewed with 2010 Homebrewer of the Year, Remi Bonnart. Remi’s Rye is a unique Saison brewed with a heavy dose of malted rye, giving it a fuller body and a pleasant spiciness. A blend of Saison yeasts and a warm fermentation added a complex ester profile with notes of tropical fruits. German and Czech hops were added to balance and a pleasant floral aroma. Pairs well with skinny-dipping in the Poudre River.
