Description: Soursop is an exotic fruit native to the Caribbean and Central America. It has an intimidating spiky, bright green skin, and a subtly sweet yet sour flavor. Massive amounts of soursop puree and a kiss of tangerine puree were added to this tart beer to contribute creamy tropical and bold citrus flavors. Slightly hazy and yellow in color, this beer is unlike any other Provincial we have brewed before! Notes of tangerine, lemon, and a hint of pineapple. Pairs well with trying new things.
