Description: Nighty Knight, is a Imperial Black Sesame Stout. Yes Sesame! We used black sesame seeds in the mash and added light and dark tahini to our boil. In the end before bottling we dry spiced this beer with some more black sesame seeds. This barrel aged version aged for 2 years on Martinique Rum / French Whiskey barrels, giving it some extra spicyness and a little smoke touch!
