Description: The first-ever barrel aged Gamma beer! OBSEQUIOUS is an 11.5% Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, with Coffee roasted by our good friends at Prolog. This special one-off beer was brewed using loads of caramel malts, oats, heavily roasted malts, muscovado sugar and coffee, and has subsequently aged in a variety of freshly emptied bourbon barrels for 14 months, before having additional Prolog coffee added and hand bottled.
