Description: We love the flavor of habanero peppers. The flesh has a beautiful tropical fruit note masked by the heat. OK, so we got really geeky about peppers and found out that the University of New Mexico bred a special habanero with no heat. So... we found the seeds, grew the pepper, and then skillfully blended hot habaneros with non-hot to make this amazingly balanced pepper beer. Yes, it still has a good amount of heat, but the flavor of the habanero comes through too. Yes, it is a lot to go through, but hey, this is how we roll.
