Description: This is a White Currant and Champagne Currant mead aged in an Apple Brandy barrel. This is completely different from our previous member bottles as it is not a big fruit bomb which is also barrel aged. We took a large amount of White and Champagne currants and fermented them out. After fermentation it had a slight tutti frutti taste to it before barrel aging in a apple brandy barrel
