Description: High 10 is the next iteration of our yearly barrel aged anniversary beer. A blend of 75% barrel aged imperial stout & 25% barrel aged barleywine. It leans heavy on Black Barleywine-Esque style, but with one foot a little more on the roasty stout side. The aroma is filled with spicy woodiness, vanilla, apple brandy, light plum, & dark chocolate. The flavor has big notes of dark chocolate Werthers, toffee, light plum, and notes of roasted coffee. -Imperial Stout aged in a Woodford bourbon barrel for 20 months -Imperial Stout aged in a Firestone Walker Union barrel for 18 months -Imperial Stout aged in an Old Forester barrel for 13 months -Barleywine aged in a Woodford Double Oak barrel for 13 months.
