Description: Like the original variations on Yard Beer (last released in 2017!) This beer draws inspiration from plants surrounding our homes in Highland Park. Tyler foraged through Bob’s yard to find just the right elements to add to our classic rustic saison base that leans into the yard flavors). citrus and zesty pepper. We then conditioned it for a short period with a combination of mixed culture yeasts that added a nice bit of earthiness to the brightness of the citrus overtones with a light touch of acid.
