Description: Bottled 01/30/19 "Puncheon Arthur" This version of Arthur’s namesake beer was aged for more than a year in 500-liter oak barrels housed in the original building (Building 1, as we refer to it). It has been bottle conditioning for nearly two years. Puncheon conditioning yields a subtly different expression than our wine barrels or foudres. The result is not quite Arthur, not quite Art—but magical all the same.
