Description: Ale Aged in Oak Barrels Consorting with the Devil was brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt, Vienna, rye, and oat malt, and hopped in the kettle with Strisselspalt, Vic Secret, and Nelson Sauvin. It was fermented entirely in oak with a yeast blend incorporating our Demonteller strain along with dregs from Oxbow's Native/Wild and Spontaneous series and left to age for 24 months and then refermented with Brettanomyces.
