Description: A collaboration brew with Bad Weather Brewing Co., BSG Craftbrewing, and The Fish Guys. You'll find heavy notes of chocolate and caramel-like characteristics that are supported by a light roasted coffee flavor. North Shore Gold oysters all the way from Prince Edward Island, Canada were used in the making of this brew. By utilizing the entire oyster - shells, meat, and brine - we were able to capture a light briny, sea-water saltiness and a softer mouthfeel than most traditional Stouts.
