Description: El Cedro is a hoppy ale shaped by the landscape and fitting tribute to the gnarled Ashe junipers that loom over the Texas Hill Country. Brewed with well water from the limestone aquifer beneath our feet and a blend of expressive hops, it’s conditioned on Spanish cedar spirals to evoke the wild, resinous edge of the trees that surround us. Bright and bitter with notes of citrus peel, crushed herbs, and sun-baked wood, El Cedro balances structure and nuance. A beer rooted in place; drawing complexity from fermentation, cedar, and the dusty springtime wind dense with the "cedar" Austinites know all too well.
