Description: Our organic apple cider is made in small batches on our farm in Hood River County, one of the richest fruit orchard valleys in the world. A blend of local apples and the wild crabapple (wilde appel) provide a complex balance of sweet fruit, dry tart tannins and crispness. Fermented with an assortment of cultured and wild yeast, this cider is aged in oak through the winter to develop it’s wild yet subtle character.
