Description: Thus-far the biggest beer we've ever made is "naturally" inspired by an Italian dessert. The dessert we're loosely following is kind of like a dense fruit-slice, but it's made with chestnut flour and includes an assortment of sultanas, nuts, dried fruit and often a couple of savoury spices. Our variation focuses on a biscuity rich and nutty malt backbone, with ripe dark fruit, raisins, plum and finally rosemary settling into a full and viscous mouthfeel. Think Italian forest floor...or Nonna's backyard garden.
