Description: Pale yellow in colour, pours whit a rocky white head. Slightly hazy. This beer represents a fusion between two worlds: wine and beer. Before fermentation begins, a small percentage of Moscato wine must is added. The beer is then fermented with a saison yeast, which gives the beer its characteristic rustic, lemony and spicy aroma. A light and elegant white grapes aroma hides in the background. Crisp, moderately bitter with a faint phenolic bite which is well balanced by the crackery malty backbone. Lively carbonated, pairs best with appetizers or fish entrees.
