The very first beer out of our Brett tank, Neverwhere is a totally unique animal. It is a laser beam of pineapple/mango/tropical fruitiness from the Brett Trois and heaps of Citra, Centennial, and Chinook hops. Why isn't it sour/musty/horse blankety? Read this blog post!
