Description: For our first anniversary we brewed an IPA that you may remember, it was called One. The beer was an instant hit, it blew up overnight and brought in a huge wave of new faces to our taproom. This beer went on to be foundational in our portfolio, building the backbone of our IPA program and was so popular that we brought it back many times over the years as "One More Time". For year 7, we took a look at this beer with fresh eyes, considered everything that we've learned about process and ingredient selection and made some changes to bring this beer forward into our next chapter. With this beer, we're celebrating our past successes while also re-affirming our commitment to innovation. We pledge never to rest on our laurels and to be present, always improving our beers and ourselves. Thanks for celebrating 7 years with us and here's to 7 more!
