Description: Hop Troll Eureka is a S.M.A.S.H APA/IPA brewed with 2-row barley and Eureka hops. An experimental cultivar from the Pacific NW, Eureka delivers intensely aromatic flavors of pine (sun-warmed Ponderosa bark and needles for days!), grapefruit zest, fresh mint, and more subtle gooseberries and melon. Brewed with a northeast-influence and a yeast that puts out flavors of apricot, this beer is hazy, overloaded with resinous hops yet restrained in bitterness, and drinks like the way a freshly opened bag of hops smell.
