For 2024 we took our Dark, English-Style Barleywine and aged in a blend of Heaven Hill and George Dickel bourbon casks for 25 months. Brewed with a robust base malt and a mix of crystal malts, oats, and a bit of bitterless black malt, this year's flavor profile is caramel candies, English toffee, and Hawaiian rolls, with distinct whiskey heat.
