Complex nose with aromas of tropical fruit, grains, and herbs, earth and hay, golden tan hue with a velvet texture. Taste of tangerine, berry, honey, hints of rye, light tannins, caramel, licorice and fresh bread. Finishes soft and tart with a dry, rustic, herbal linger. Cellar Notes: Ale brewed with Propolis microbes and Brettanomyces.
