Description: Our delicous beer from last fall aging on oak since October. A Saison collaboration with Dos Cabezas Wineworks that combines the best of beer and wine in one drink. Dos Cabezas Wineworks from Sonoita provided Aleatico wine grapes grown in Arizona that were added to a French Saison for secondary fermentation. This beer is fruity and dry, and still retains a nice Saison clove nose and light bitterness.
