Description: Summers in Capitola should not be missed, so we were stoked when our good friends at Monkish told us they'd be visiting our brewery in July. Both breweries make a plethora of beer styles, but the ones closest to our hearts are the bright and funky variations of Saison. Working with a menagerie of different grains including barley, spelt, wheat, oats, and buckwheat, we carefully constructed a complex base for both house cultures to work their magic. With a nod to the convivial days of summer in Capitola, A Visit in July is a snapshot of what happens when good friends work together to make inspired beer. Sante!
