Description: Oude Fermier Grand Cru is a blend of our best. A blend inspired by the lambic beers of Belgium, the beers which inspired much of our brewery. Oude Fermier Grand Cru is a glimpse of the last 5 years at Side Project. A blend of Oude Fermier barrels which matured for 1, 2, and 3 years in French Oak before blending and allowing to reach a finesse only accomplished with 2 years of conditioning in the bottle before sharing with you.
