Description: The second release in our "de Vigne" series, we are proud to introduce Raison de Vigne. In keeping with our de Vigne traditions, we took our Fall Plowman's Folly and let it go through a primary fermentation in Stainless Steel. We then homogenized a Brett strain in it, before adding muscadines from Fussy Gourmet. It was then aged in Bordeaux barrels, further allowing the character to develop.
