Our brewmaster too a blend of six malts to create a Nut Brown Ale with an extra helping of Victory and Special Roast malts to give this beer a fresh-baked bread and biscuit character. The he added a wonderfully aromatic blend of cinnamon, ginger, allspice and cloves. You can't beat the gingerbread that Mom used to make for the holidays, but this comes close!
