Description: ll Thingz Considered is a crazy one! When our friendz Averie and Sean from Jester King Brewery were in town a few weeks back, we suggested that they write a recipe on the spot and brew it on their own on our 7bbl pilot system. They came up with a 6% DDH IPA with mainly Munich malt and some spelt and then bombed it out with Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra, and Columbus.
