Description: Our New England style IPA is brewed with little to no bittering hops. Instead, heavy whirlpool and dry hop additions create a beer with restrained bitterness and huge hop flavor and aroma. We used a blend of hopes at a rate of 3.5 lbs/BBL which gives the beer a juicy hop character full of citrus and tropical fruit. The addition of high-protein grains like oats and wheat helps to keep the hop compounds in suspension and gives the finished beer a thick haze.
