Description: Jungalistic Mystic is part of our ongoing experiments with sour beer here at Brus. Jungalistic Mystic is a kettle soured fruited beer, with Kiwi and Pineapple. We have never worked with Kiwi before, and it adds a very pleasant acidity to the beer that compliments the pineapple very nicely. The base beer features pilsner and wheat malt. We take a fairly restrained approach to fruited sours, so that the beer remains super drinkable with balanced acidity.
