Description: With Curiosity Seventy Eight, we experimented with how regionality affects the hop characteristics in our beer. We chose to utilize Citra grown in Idaho for this batch; historically, our Citra selections have been from the Yakima region of Washington. To our delight, Curiosity Seventy Eight turned out exceptional! We taste orange sorbet, creamy pineapple, and ripe stone fruit sustained by a dense and satiny mouthfeel - what a treat! We are super excited to share the unique and individual terroir of the Gem State with you in Curiosity Seventy Eight. Enjoy!
