Description: The first porter brewed at Triptych happens to be a Smoked Porter. Along with a traditionally inspired grain bill utilizing a blend of roasted malts, we used a significant proportion of smoked malt from Germany. The result is a dark, complex ale overflowing with notes of toast, roast, dark fruit and (of course!) smoke.
